Generally you need to book and pay bikes one week in advance at the latest. Book a bike by sending an e-mail to info@bikepark-winterberg.deInfo:
Return all equipment by 5.45pm.Rental bikes need to be pre-cleaned at the wash station next to the chair lift before 5.30pm.
Rental touring bikes are not to be used in the park.
You need a valid photo ID in order to rent equipment!
If you are under 18 years of age we require a written authorization from your legal guardian. Your guardian must agree to acquit damaged and lost rental equipment. In addition you will have to provide a copy of your ID (recto/verso) and a valid telephone number.
Persons of less than 18 years are only eligible to rent equipment if they provide a written authorizationt signed by legal guardianh
