So that you get to know us a little better, we would like to introduce you to our team. Our guys and gals are divided into shop crew and track crew. While our team in the shop does everything they can to answer your questions and help you with tickets, the necessary equipment and services, the track crew makes sure that you can always shred through the top-prepared tracks!

Shop Crew
You will find us directly in the bike station, the starting point for your day at Bikepark Winterberg . Here you get the lift tickets from us and you can also rent bikes directly from us. We also have a workshop service (until 4pm). We are there for you seven days a week during the season and will help you with all your questions and problems.
Track Crew
In the background we are busy every day with the track preparation, so that you can always shred in the best conditions. Maybe we'll see each other somewhere at Bikepark when we're preparing and improving something for you.
Bike schools crew
We want to help you to gain more safety and riding technique and thus inevitably experience more riding fun! In our bike school we offer courses for young to old and from novice to pro.
