The Gravity members operate their respective cable cars and lifts as well as bike parks and downhill tracks on their own responsibility and legally independently. The purchase of the Gravity season ticket entitles the guest to use the included cable cars and leisure facilities, but the specific service contract is only concluded with the company whose facilities are currently being used (the respective terms and conditions of this company apply). Any liability towards guests, whether based on contractual or legal provisions, for incidents arising from or during the operation and use of the cable cars and lifts as well as bike parks and downhill trails, therefore applies exclusively to the company in whose area of responsibility the incident occurred. The other Gravity partners are not liable.

In case of injury, a refund of the season ticket is possible up to 9 weeks after the first possible day of use. An original medical certificate from a local doctor and the Gravity Card are required for this. The period of validity is always up to the day on which the card is deposited at the respective Bikepark . The loss of a Gravity Card can be reported to one of the Gravity Partners, stating the blocking number. Upon proof of identity, the Gravity Card will be blocked and, after payment of a processing fee of € 10.00, a replacement card will be issued no earlier than 1 day after the loss is reported. Every ticket holder must keep his Gravity Card in such a way that third parties have no access to it. No replacement will be issued for forgotten Gravity Cards. Gravity Cards are not transferable. Misuse will result in immediate revocation of the card.
