IMPORTANT: You can only book your season ticket online - on-site purchase is not possible.

Either top up an existing keycard with the season ticket or have a new keycard sent directly to you by our partner starjack.
With this card you can always go straight to the lifts - you don't have to register somewhere beforehand or exchange the season ticket for another one etc.
After the first day of use you come with your ticket to the bike station, there we mark your ticket and give you your personal voucher booklet, so that you can use all the benefits of the season ticket

It is important that you have used your card at least once at Bikepark Winterberg - before that we can't give you your coupon book + the sticker to redeem the benefits. Therefore, please come to us at the Bikestation at the end of your first day of visit and we will get everything ready for you.

For some discounts you need additional vouchers - other discounts are redeemable with the pure season pass with sticker - when and how you can use the discounts you will find out from us!
