Very important: Our routes can only be used with mountain bikes and not with scooters or other means of transport!
That is no problem. In our COMMENCAL Beginner & Kids Parcours even the little ones can gain their first biking experience before they move on to the other routes! As is often the case, please don't overestimate yourselves/your kids and approach new routes slowly.

Even in the event of rain, Bikepark is open as long as safe operation is still possible. However, due to wet conditions, some routes and sections may have to be closed. You can get a current overview at any time in the route overview.
In the event of thunderstorms and storms, operation of the Bikepark will be suspended for safety reasons.

In our park there is a Fullface - full face helmet mandatory. Without such a helmet is not allowed to ride in Bikepark Winterberg . In addition to the Fullface-helmet it certainly makes sense to wear knee or knee-shin protectors. To be completely safe, a protector jacket then makes the round.

In addition, we recommend that each participant bring their own cycling gloves. Otherwise, gloves are also available for purchase in our bike station.
All our courses build on each other. When making your decision, you should be sure to internalize the course content from the lower course level. If there are still stumbling blocks in this content, we recommend that you take the lower course level to start. All our trainers will support you individually, so that no one is underchallenged.
