Deine Bestellung wird von uns sorgfältig geprüft und schnellstmöglich für den Versand vorbereitet. Die voraussichtliche Versandzeit – also der Zeitraum bis zur Übergabe an den Versanddienstleister – zeigen wir dir transparent direkt auf der jeweiligen Produktdetailseite an.
Diese Angabe gilt für lagernde Artikel und kann abhängig vom Produkt sowie vom aktuellen Bestellaufkommen variieren.
Für den Versand arbeiten wir mit bewährten und zuverlässigen Versandpartnern wie DHL und spezialisierten Speditionen zusammen. So stellen wir sicher, dass deine Bestellung sicher, termingerecht und professionell bei dir ankommt.
Um dir stets die bestmögliche Zustellung zu bieten, setzen wir bei Bedarf auch alternative Versanddienstleister ein. Die Auswahl erfolgt im Rahmen der Versandvorbereitung und dient ausschließlich einer optimalen Lieferung.
Lieferzeiten
Nach dem Versand beträgt die übliche Lieferzeit:
Deutschland: ca. 1 – 3 Werktage
Europa: ca. 2 – 10 Werktage
Lagernde Fahrräder versenden wir aus Gründen der Sicherheit und des Transports per Spedition:
Deutschland: ca. 4–8 Werktage
Europa: bis zu 15 Werktage

FAQ Retouren & Rückgabe
Yes, of course. For online orders, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt - no reason needed. Only requirement: the item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging. Just email themother@bikepark-winterberg.de and we'll sort out the rest.
Pretty straightforward:
1. Email us at themother@bikepark-winterberg.de with your order number and reason for the return.
2. We'll get back to you with return instructions.
3. Ship the item back securely packaged.
4. After receipt and inspection, we'll refund via your original payment method.
From email to refund, it usually doesn't take long - we try to process everything as quickly as possible.
Depends on the situation: for a standard withdrawal, return shipping is on you. But if we shipped a defective or wrong item, we'll of course cover the costs. In that case, just get in touch before sending it back.
Once your return has arrived and been checked, we'll refund via your original payment method. Processing on our end usually takes up to 10 business days. Depending on your payment provider (PayPal, bank, credit card), it may take a few more days for the money to appear in your account.
Absolutely - and it's actually a pretty smart move! If you have a bikepark day planned, just order your merch home beforehand, try everything on at your own pace and pack up whatever doesn't fit. Drop it off at the Bikestation, we'll handle the refund - and you save on return shipping costs.
Important timing note: the 14-day withdrawal period from receipt still applies for in-person returns too. So plan your visit within the deadline.
Tickets and vouchers aren't standard shop items - special rules apply:
Bikepark tickets: Unused tickets can be refunded on the same day. Full details in our "Refunds & Rebooking" FAQ section.
Vouchers: Vouchers are excluded from withdrawal from the moment of purchase, as they are delivered digitally via email. They are valid for 36 months.

Yes, no problem - an account is not required. Just click "Proceed to checkout" and order as a guest. In step 4 of the checkout ("Review & submit order"), you can optionally create an account with a single click - with perks like order history, invoice downloads, shipment tracking and saved addresses. And that's just the start: we're planning to add more personal features around your time at the bikepark. Worth it!
The easiest and fastest way is through our online shop at bikepark-winterberg.de. We've designed the ordering process to be as clear, supportive and simple as possible - just give it a try.
Phone orders are possible in principle, but the online shop is the better choice for standard orders - you can see availability, sizes and prices at a glance.
Groups are welcome to place orders by email to themother@bikepark-winterberg.de - especially for larger quantities or custom selections.
We offer the following payment options:
At the Bikestation, you can pay by cash or common debit and credit cards (American Express excluded). The ticket machine accepts card payments only.
In our online shop, you can use PayPal (Express, Pay Later & Installments), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer or credit card via Idealo.
Budget tip: Parking is subject to fees - at the large car park P3 only card payments are accepted, at the machines at the Kappe only cash.

That's not possible via your account or online - but we can change the payment method for you in our system. Just email themother@bikepark-winterberg.de or give us a call and we'll sort it out.
If you chose bank transfer as your payment method, you'll find our bank details in the order confirmation and invoice sent by email. Important: always include your order number as payment reference so we can match the payment. International transfers may incur bank fees.
We don't send a separate payment confirmation. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number by email - so you'll know everything went through and can track your package.
No, you can combine your voucher with any payment method. Only exception: with bank transfer, the voucher is activated after payment is received. The voucher can't be redeemed at the ticket machine - just redeem it at the Bikestation.
Sure - as long as your order hasn't shipped yet, cancellation is no problem. Just email us at themother@bikepark-winterberg.de. The refund will be processed via your original payment method within a few business days.
Refunds are always processed via your original payment method. Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process the refund - this usually takes up to 10 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few more days for the amount to appear in your account.
Of course! Just select pickup as the shipping method at checkout. Once your order is ready, we'll send you an email - usually takes 1-2 business days. Then pick it up at the Bikestation. You can pay at pickup by cash, debit card, credit card or voucher.
After your order, you'll receive three emails from us: order confirmation, invoice and - once your package is on its way - a shipping confirmation with tracking link. Use the link to check where your package is at any time. If you have a customer account, you can also find tracking info there. Nothing received? Check your spam folder.
That's annoying - please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Easiest way: reply directly to your shipping confirmation email, briefly describe the damage and attach 1-2 photos. We'll take care of the rest.
If you can see the package is damaged at handover, you have two options: refuse delivery - it goes straight back to us. Or open it in front of the driver and document the damage. Either way, drop us a quick email at themother@bikepark-winterberg.de so we can sort it out.
Standard shipping is via DHL (packages up to 30 kg, max. 120 x 60 x 60 cm). Large or bulky items and used bikes are shipped via freight forwarding.
Delivery times after handover to carrier:
• Germany: approx. 1-3 business days
• Europe: approx. 2-6 business days
• Bikes via freight: Germany 4-8 business days, Europe up to 15 business days

• Germany: 6.90 EUR (DHL) / 89.90 EUR (freight/XL)

That's unfortunately not possible at the moment. We ship via DHL and use freight forwarding for large/bulky items - both have proven reliable for us and our guests.
No, an account is not required - you can order as a guest without any issues. In step 4 of the checkout ("Review & submit order"), you have the option to create an account. It's a single click and comes with a few practical perks: view your order history, saved addresses for faster orders and easier handling of enquiries.
If you have an account, you can update your details anytime under "My Account" - address, name, email, no problem.
Already placed an order and need to change the address? Email us as soon as possible at themother@bikepark-winterberg.de - as long as it hasn't shipped yet, we can adjust it.
No worries! Go to the login page and click "Forgot password". You'll receive a reset link by email to set a new password. If the email doesn't arrive: check your spam folder. Still no luck? Email us at themother@bikepark-winterberg.de and we'll sort it out.
Depends on the status:
Not yet shipped? Email us quickly at themother@bikepark-winterberg.de with your order number and what needs changing. We'll see what we can do.
Already shipped? Then changes are unfortunately no longer possible. But you can return the item after delivery and place a new order. All details in our "Returns" FAQ section.
Yes, anytime. Log in, go to "My Account" and click "Delete account" at the bottom left. After a quick confirmation, your account is deleted.
Good to know: if you have existing orders and invoices, these will continue to be stored with your customer data in our billing system (German servers) - we're legally required to do so. Printed documents such as rental agreements are also kept securely in our archive for 10 years, after which they are properly destroyed.
